Our answers to your most frequently asked questions.

1) How to maintain brass napkin rings?

Do not put them in the dishwasher.
For brass rounds, use a specific product such as the special copper and brass mirror (red bottle), easily available on the market. Avoid water.
Clean lightly with a drop of product, avoiding etching if inked, then wiping well with a fine cloth.
Brass, like silverware, can tarnish over time, but if you wipe it down occasionally with Mirror, it will return to its full glory and look like new. 

2) Can I collect my order in store?

Un chat dans ma botte does not have a shop, but a private workshop in which we create, shape, package... We do not pick up/distribute parcels on site.

3) Can you tell me where my order is?

Once the order is placed, we take 3 to 7 working days for manufacture. (delays may vary depending on the period, and are updated on the home page).
At the end of this period, your order is sent with the corresponding shipping method (most often by letter followed and colissimo).
You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation sent by email.
Colissimo usually take 48 hours to be delivered.
During the holiday periods, the production time can range from 10 to 15 working days.  

5) My order is a gift, can you send it directly to the person I want to give it to without attaching an invoice? 

Yes of course, just enter a different address for delivery in the form. We may not add the invoice if you notify us, and you can download it from a link on the shipping notice received by email. 

6) My item has a defect, what can I do?

It all depends on the defect and the item. Since the engravings are not machine-made, it is normal for them to have an artisanal appearance. Personalized items do not benefit from the withdrawal period (see CGV) but error is human, and in the event of a proven defect, on sending photos, we will send you a new item.
