These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship of the seller with the customer of the site. Any placing of an order is valid for full acceptance of these conditions. They will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation from the seller. They can be modified at any time by the seller without notice. The applicable conditions will be those in force on the site at the time of validation of the order.
Prices are expressed in Euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs.

Customs fees or import taxes:
Any customs and import fees are the buyers responsibility. a spade in my boot is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
un chat dans ma botte reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration and payment of the Order, subject to availability.
The products ordered as well as the shipping costs are payable when ordering, in euros or in the currency of the destination country. The buyer may, at his option, use electronic payment by secure credit card via the payment provider Stripe on the Site, or PAYPAL.
The Products are payable in cash when the actual Order is placed.
The processing of the order will take place between 2 and 10 working days for France and 3 and 14 working days for the rest of Europe (depending on the formula chosen and the country of destination) after receipt of the full price, including shipping costs.
It is only made after confirmation of payment by the seller's bank.
The parcels are sent by the postal services.
For France: possible delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point.
Un chat dans ma botte is not responsible for any delays due to the Post Office or Mondial Relay.
