Manufacturing delays :
The turnaround time for custom engraved items is 3-7 business days on average.

These times are indicative (orders may be processed sooner depending on the period).

See the updated deadlines on the home page.

In holiday seasons, this delay can reach 3 weeks.

Shipping time:
(1 to 3 days on average) .

Shipping time for France after completion or processing of the order:
By Colissimo France : from 1 to 3 days during normal periods (excluding strikes and holiday periods, etc.)
By Mondial Relay : 2 to 6 days.
In letter followed for certain items (24/48h) after receipt of the full price, including shipping costs.

Shipping time for Europe after completion or processing of the order:
By Colissimo Europe : from 3 to 4 days during normal periods (excluding strikes and holiday periods, etc.)
By Mondial Relay : 4 to 7 days.
In followed letter for certain items (48/72h) after receipt of the full price, including shipping costs.

ARTICLES NON PERSONNALISES
Processing of the order between 1 to 5 days + shipping time by Colissimo, Mondial Relay relay point or by letter followed according to the article (see deadlines above)

The order is processed only after confirmation of payment by the seller's bank. Upon receipt, the buyer is required to check its conformity and condition.

For Colissimo: In the event of absence during delivery, a transit advice note will be left in the mailbox in order to be able to pick up the package at the nearest post office (within 15 days)
